We had 2 bouncy castles off jellylegz this weekend for my daughters party and they were the best we have ever had. This company is by far one of the best I have ever come across from their outstanding customer service to the cleanliness of their castles.
Andy was brilliant from the start of the process to the very end. He was always very accommodating, helpful, friendly and professional. He dropped the castles off early for us &collected on time as he said he would which i really appreciated as we had a room booked for a certain amount of hours so we needed to make the most of the time we had and stick within the time frame.
This company and the guys deserve more than a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review they are amazing!!

We hired the racing car package for our son’s 2nd birthday party today. He’s cars obsessed so it was perfect for him. The setup for the room was great, the owner even came earlier than booked to set up. The kids loved it, booking was nice and easy, and the set up and pack away was quick, would definitely reccomend ☺️
Booked Jellylegz for our engagement party and they were amazing! They set up the night before and collected Sunday morning, the LOVE led lights made the room feel so loving for the occasion and the kids absolutely loved the sweet cart the sweet were gone on minutes! Responded quickly to my enquiry then called to discuss the best package for our event. On the day set up was on time and kids had a blast on the equipment. Couldn't fault their service and would be happy to use again.
Hired 2 bouncy castles for our kids birthdays. Came nice and early so when we got there to set up, it was all sorted and collected on time at the end of the party. Bouncy Castles were clean and colourful, all the children loved them. The chap who came to collect was very friendly and we were really impressed with the level of service we got. What a brilliant company! I cannot recommend Jellylegz enough. The bouncy castle was spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. The children loved it! This was our first time hiring a bouncy castle and the booking, set up and collection were so smooth!

Thank you so much for the wonderful visit the kids loved it so did the adults much better than a trip to a grotto. Didn’t feel rushed at all ❤️ Santa even sat on the floor with the kiddies and the gifts were brilliant (I needed reindeer food too) really hope you do the rounds again next year because we will definitely be booking!

Hired a bouncy castle yesterday; absolutely fantastic! From the initial contact right through to the collection the service was second to none. Nothing was to difficult. We had to make changes due to the weather forecast and Andy was so easy to deal with and helped with the arrangements. Thank Andy!

I can not thank and appreciate Andy enough for all his hard work. From making a phone call a week before my little boys 2nd birthday party explaining I’d been let down by another company, Andy instantly helped every possible way to make my boys football party still go ahead. It changed venue soooo many times and the back and forth phone calls was enough to tip anyone over the edge but no, Andy came back fighting and reassuring me that everything would work out and he would try his best to work so magic and by FAR he sure did that!

Celebrated my 28th birthday on Saturday and considering I only gave Andy 4 days notice he pulled out all the stops for us!! we hired the huge 20ft gazebo! Set up was quick & efficient and the gazebo really is big. We had 10 chairs, a table big speaker & decorations and there was still enough room to dance! Highly recommend for all kinds of celebrations!🥳😁

Had a marvel bouncy castle from jelly legz for a gender reveal party to keep kids occupied and they loved it the Bouncy castle was brilliant ,clean and well presented, they cleaned the castle before and after use. They also brought the castle earlier than expected and left it an extra hour for the same price which is amazing.
They are lovely and really friendly was happy to have a laugh with us and even join in on guessing the genders of my twins with the right answer of girls

First time using Andy and Jellylegz and he did not disappoint. We were the first customers of the big bumble bee and it was beyond amazing. He has made a 5 years olds dream come true and bought his favourite character to life. Would 100% recommend and will be using again
Andy & his team gave my 5 year old nephew keelan the best birthday present, bumblebee the mascot. It wasn’t no ordinary mascot it was the double of the real thing! The kids were thrown with amazement! Myself and my family couldn’t believe how realistic the new mascot was. There’s no doubt that the mascot was definitely worth paying as this is something they will remember for a long time! The experience throughout was fantastic from them getting all the kids up dancing together and even including the parents. Brilliant team who made the party what it was. Massive thank you to you all & I would definitely recommend to everyone! This company will be the one we use for future birthdays for sure.

Fantastic from start to finish. Even though it was just after Xmas when I enquired they messaged me back straight away and gave me a call to discuss what we wanted. Made lots of suggestions. In the end we went for a playpen and the majority of the kids would be under 4. Arrived bang on time to deliver and collect. Set up and put away in minutes. Will def use again. Highly recommend

Andy and the crew staged our scarefest and we were blown away by the detail , professionalism and attention to detail . This event anywhere else would cost thousands to stage but these guys charge a fraction of that and give up their entire day to put on this show , if you haven’t booked a scarefest yet book one for next year to watch your buiseness tills ring our Pub was rammed all night long !! we booked for today the Santa's grotto at our garden centre , and it was fantastic ! from the start with the helpful phone convos to Andy coming out to measure and advise us and today the quick professional set up !! We were over the moon at Andy's kind honnest approach such a good guy !!! Just wanted to say a massive thank you for making our event so special. I was a bit scared about the safety of the castle as my garden has no grass and i have been put off by couple of people to have a party at home. I was recommended this lovely team and can honestly say that i've been left with extremely positive outcome. Very profesional approach, made my experience at ease. I have been reassured on safety of the castle set up, countless amount of sand bags, the guys arrived on time, set up very quickly, advised me on little extras i can have on my party and was happy to go back to the warehouse and bring all needed back to my home. Worth mentioning the fact that the equiptment was nice and clean and looked well lokked after. We have arranged a later pick up which was not a problem and was more conveniant for myself. they even made up a little play fighting for kids who was very sad to see the castles going down but they made them lough again. I was happy with the price and discount i was provided and i will deffinetely be a returning customer. Thank you for your help xx

I contacted the jellylegz team to plan my son's 10th birthday with me which i wanted to be extra special. my son has complex health needs and servere learning difficulties so i needed a package that could accommodate all my sons needs. I hired out the disco dome, party time ball pit and asked if they could put up a marquee with tables and chairs and also secure the area so my son couldn't escape and hurt himself. They had never done anything like this before and blew me away with all the details that had gone into my sons special day and all the surprises they did for him. Iggle piggle and oopsy daisy turned up and sang and danced to all my sons favourite nursery rhymes. I want to thank everyone at jellylegz for all the effort and time that went into my sons birthday. Tylers face was priceless and i can't thank you enough. You are all amazing at what you do thanks again for making my sons birthday extra special.

I used jelly legz after and recommendation of a family member and i wasnt dissapointed they were amazing.
They came to my sons 3rd birthday party and he enjoyed bouncing on the jungle theme castle and loved his surprise visit from mikey and minnie mouse.
It wasnt your usual meet and great with mascots they played with all the children even had a bounce on the castle and a dance mikey mouse had some great moves.

I think if the weather didn’t look as if it was going to rain we may have had a better turn out. Would definitely recommend no job too big or small ❤️👍👌🏻

Had a fantastic time at my daughters christening! Jellylegz set up whilst I was at the christening and I came to find it was all ready for us. The kids (aged from 7 months to 10 years) loved the softplay and especially the ballpit, and it was such a good price for the inflatable and the service. I called for them to collect the inflatable and they were there within half hour. Clearing up was quick and easy and everyone was lovely! 5 stars xxx
Jellylegz attended a Fun Day we organised in Wednesbury on 30th June and were amazing - the children loved it! Andy is a pleasure to deal with and managed to fit us in on a very busy weekend and short notice

Omg i cant rate jellylegz enough they are amazing we just come back from my daughters 4th birthday party with a bouncy castle, ball pit and a visit from skye and they were so pleasant and friendly our daughter has had an amazing time would recommend to anyone,, defo going to uses again thank you guys for a making my little girl happy �
Where do I start � fantastic from start to finish...when arranging the party i recieved quick responses, when i had i was asked to take jelly legz liability order to our chosen venue they personally went and took it for us which I thought was really good.nlt many companies would do this for you. I booked expecting just the usual drop off and pick up. But no Andy was so friendly and chatty. The equipment that we hired was in fantastic condition and they set it all out to exactly how we wanted it. We hired the jungle animal bouncy castle with slide, the ball pool,large jenga and connect four. We also had the peppa pig and minions mascots,expecting them to come and do a few photographs with the kiddies but no they went the whole hog dancing woth the kiddies, fun dance offs and lot's of photographs. I cannot hype enough how brilliant this part of the party was for both the children & adults. Andy was brilliant with the kiddies and even got the adults involved..it was so nice to see a children's entertainer getting involved with the children, doing the hokey cokey with my 2 year old daughter was lovely to see. You are such a proffesional company who still has fun entertaining both children and adults. I WILL be telling everyone how amazing you made our children's party.we can't thankyou enough.we will be seeing you again in the future. Anyone who is reading this all I can say is just BOOK you WILL not regret � love from the Ballyns �

Had these do my daughters 1st birthday party today ball pit and mascots and can honsently say they are brillant very friendly and get everyone invovled adults and children everyone commented on how good they was will be booking again in the near future thanks
Me and my partner were so pleased that we hired Jellylegz for our sons 1st birthday party they went above and beyond to make it an extra special day, all of the kids loved the ride ons, ball pit and enjoyed the mascot visit which we got a special surprise of iggle piggle being joined by oopsie daisy too to make up for some earlier confusion and they most certainly entertained the whole family! We would recommend jellylegz to everybody and will most definitely use them at our future parties!

Absolutely amazing! Very professional, friendly and the customer service is brilliant! Our little boy used their inflatable Mickey & Minnie ball pit for his 1st birthday. He loved every minute of his day with his friends & family! It was safe to say he slept last night haha!! Thank you so much for helping to make our little boy's first party so amazing!! I phoned Jellylegz yesterday after being let down by a lady who was supposed to be doing my entertainment! The service on the phone alone was superb, very professional and very friendly! They helped make my little boys day so special and came without much notice at all (a few hours infact) & I cant praise the girls enough! From now on I won’t be choosing anyone else to use for parties! So so happy and overwhelmed by the company in general. I cannot Thankyou enough!

I was recommended this lovely team and can honestly say that i've been left with extremely positive outcome. Very profesional approach, made my experience at ease. I have been reassured on safety of the castle set up, countless amount of sand bags, the guys arrived on time, set up very quickly, advised me on little extras i can have on my party and was happy to go back to the warehouse and bring all needed back to my home. Worth mentioning the fact that the equiptment was nice and clean and looked well lokked after. We have arranged a later pick up which was not a problem and was more conveniant for myself. they even made up a little play fighting for kids who was very sad to see the castles going down but they made them lough again. I was happy with the price and discount i was provided and i will deffinetely be a returning customer. Thank you for your help xx

Fantastic SEN event at Brook Street today, Mr Jellylegz and his staff were very friendly and professional, they interacted with the kids and us parents could relax knowing our kids were safe, there was a good variety of equipment which was spotlessly clean and all aspects had been specially adapted, appropriate music, lower music level, no strobe lights, lot's of sensory toys etc the set up was really well thought out, the light buffet and refreshments was more than expected, it was more like a party food, a good selection of sandwiches, nibbles and cakes as well as unlimited squash, my son and his friends had a brilliant time, i would highly recommend Jellylegz to others A* service

We used Jellylegz today for my Grandsons christening and I can honestly say it’s been a pleasure to deal with them. The bouncy castle and ball pit were fab for the kids however I think some of the adults were dying to have a go. Highly recommended and will definitely use again 😀

Elsa and Olaf, 2 of there own special characters with a special entrance, followed buy a amazing transformer. They put on a fantastic performance for everyone to enjoy got everyone up to join in and amazed me. I cried An cried some more, to do all that for us off there back for our amazing charity #clapa is more than words can describe i will always remember what they have done for us, and I will now only be using them. They were so friendly with the children joining them in dancing and lots of photos, the kids were blown away,even the bigger kids got involved. Harrison was one very lucky boy to experience this he may not remember with him been so tiny but he will have all these photos and he will get to see them again at his parties. Andy thank you from the bottom of my heart for all u did last night and to all yr helpers for all there hard work. U are truly amazing, so kind generous and caring to do this for us. Well what can I say we do Christmas party ever year this year we had 52 children from the age off 2 up to 9 jellylegs saved the day you would not believe how much they put into this party so overwhelming with the kids faces and they had so much fun from Helen and Mal from the Perry common club you do us so proud can’t thank you enough xx
